We would like to announce with pride and pleasure, that year 2022 had been defined by a very close strengthening of the earlier cooperation between UNIQA Real Estate Management GmbH (Austria), a member of the UNIQA Insurance Group AG (Austria) and GD&K Consulting Sp. z o.o. (Poland), a member of GD&K Group SCSp. (Luxembourg) - a real estate developer with over 25 years of experience in Polish market.


This joint venture between UNIQA Real Estate and GD&K Group is an accelerator for business growth and is offering UNIQA Real Estate access to the services, local market knowledge, and capability of GD&K Consulting's experienced professional team. For GD&K Group it is an opportunity to extend and bring to a new level its already established cooperation with the one of the most reputable real estate institutions in Europe.


GD&K Consulting - the operational arm of GD&K Group is right now co-owned by UNIQA Real Estate and will be the operating platform responsible for all day-to-day real estate services for UNIQA's office portfolio in Poland - currently comprising of twelve office buildings in Warszawa, Wroclaw, Poznan, and Krakow. GD&K Group added to it two office buildings in Warszawa and Krakow, as well as a very promising business opportunity in Krakow.


Together with this transformation, from 1st of January 2023, GD&K Consulting will be extended by new Leasing & Marketing Department. This is the reason of incorporation of Włodzimierz Jędruszak’ practice (previously Fisheye Properties) into GD&K Consulting structure. Włodzimierz will take the position of the Leasing and Marketing Director and coordinate the future co-operation with the 3-rd party' RE brokers, as well as tenant reletting management.


The GD&K Consulting shall be managed by the new composition of the board and consist of: Magdalena Zielińska-Warszawa and Jadwiga Kozakiewicz. Both ladies are responsible (together with the well-established team) for all company's regular activities, as well as the development of future new projects.
