Project idea - architecture inspired by the style and aesthetics typical for the inter-war period building,

Facade - the outline of the facade is set with a bold boundary between the ground floor and the first floor - treated cohesively - and the subsequent floors. The convex effect applied in the lower part of the facade of the basalt blocks arranged to form a characteristic ornament, additionally diversified with brass, aluminum, steel and glass elements. On the higher floors, the facade is highlighted with numerous balconies with a characteristic curvature of the railings, constituting a reference to the 1930s.
