‘The Group led that project that involved comprehensive design and construction supervision, as well as handing over new branches to the investor upon completion of works. Our team of architects, interior designers and project managers prepared a sample layout of a typical branch that highlighted the preferred space layout (a few variations available), specifications for materials used, the color palette, signage options, as well as unique furniture to fit needs of our Client. GD&K Group also organized a ‘’beauty parade’’ to select the General Contractor for all branches. That resulted in contracts that guaranteed fixed pricing for works performed regardless of an individual location. Consequently, construction work supervision was simplified and an easy cost control tool utilized.
